Abstract: Back propagation algorithm (BP) is widely used as a multilayer feedforward neural network model in the analysis of water engineering projects monitoring data, but it has low solution accuracy, slow search speed and easy to get into a local minimum.

Introduction
Concrete plays an important role in modern engineering because it widely used in constructed systems such as bridge, dam and road.
But measurement of trunk length, rather than small edges, is of more importance in engineering application.

Abstract: By employing the perforating model of a rigid sharp-nosed projectile, the present paper re-analyzes the previously published experimental data of APM2 bullet and its hard steel core perforating aluminum armor plates and high-strength steel plates, respectively.
It is for convenience of engineering application to validate the rigid-projectile theory in prediction of ballistic performance for rifle bullet.

Abstract. In the background of using SINS technology to the car north finder, how to use FOG SINS in-vehicle vibration environment to obtain accurate initial attitude information is analyzed.
Especially in civil field, north finder can provide orientation in different engineering , such as tunnel construction, mining, geodesy, which shows its broad prospects in national economy[1].
