Abstract: In this paper, we introduced a high cost performance design of air flow control system consisting of a programmable computer controller (PCC) and 72 inverters.
The properties of carbon fibers such as high flexibility, high tensile strength, low weight, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion make it very popular in aerospace, civil engineering, military industry and so on.

Abstract.
In the condition of different axial force ratio, analyze the horizontal bearing capacity of the short column reinforced through the above-mentioned three kinds of scheme by using the 3-d nonlinear analysis software ANSYS, talk over the mechanical properties such as ultimate bearing capacity, rigidity and crack propagation, then provide reference for the engineering reinforcement.

We can see in the trend chart Figure that sophomore and junior students stage at the state level, the parties in the courses and seminars learning provide a better direction for our educational model; to senior students, independent learning is in the recovery of rise, autonomous learning students are mostly learning for taking part in the entrance exams, looking for job, or taking part in the civil service exam. we need to guide them correctly[5,6].
