Experimental Procedures
Materials.
Experiment materials:ZrO2 engineering ceramics,Material Specification:120 mm×20 mm×15mm(Length×width×thickness),part of the physical and mechanical properties are shown in Table 1.
The experiment carried out on the belt grinding machine developed by Chongqing Samhida Three Grinding Machine Co.Ltd, based on the different type of belts and materials.
(2)The actual belt speed could not exceed 25m/s,and the grinding pressure could not exceed 74N,because the ceramic materials prone to brittle fracture during grinding
