Optimization of crosslinking temperature As shown in fig.2, in the range of 20℃-40℃, crosslinking temperature is higher, the more severe free radical reactions , the greater the degree of crosslinking .when the temperature reaches 40℃, the best effect of immobilized laccase ,when the temperature is higher than 40℃, high temperature effect the structure of the resin and effect the result of crosslinking ,thus make the relatively enzymes living of immobilized enzymes have significantly reduced.

The abundant types of NMHCs were aromatic hydrocarbons(48.5%), followed by alkanes(42.9%) and alkenes(8.6%), the distribution of NMHCs structures presented a kind of bimodal type, the most content of two kinds of compounds: toluene, n-hexane accounted for 27.4% and 25.1%, respectively.
