The problems of clayey soil appear when it is wetted or saturated with water [2,3].
The loading frame was locally manufactured with the aid of professional's technician consists of (1m) solid circular shaft made from stainless steel.
This new technique may increase the water absorption in addition to compact sides surrounding the stone column in a radial direction because the pure bentonite particle increases about 15 times, when wetted with water.
It is believed that using stone column may reduce the water content of soil by absorbing the additional water in radial direction through the porous inside the stone column with the aide of capillary action from the porous inside stones and then would extrude out water from the upper portion.

The water in Fu River and Sha River as well as their branches are seriously polluted, and the urban space expansion is faced with ecological trouble.
According to the landscape physiognomy pattern and landscape garden city construction requirements of metropolitan area, the author believes that the ecological corridor construction of Chengdu metropolitan area can be divided into three kinds: mountain ecological corridor, water ecological corridor and green traffic corridor
(2) Water ecological corridor The major five rivers of Dujiangyan irrigation system in the metropolitan area are: Qingbai River, Pi River, Qingshui River, Jiang’an River and Jinma River.
