Introduction Chemical mechanical polishing process (CMP) is the most effective method which is currently used to implement local and global material planarization, and it widely applied in flattened surface treatment of hard brittle materials and IC process [1-3].

At present, there are many materials satisfying the requirements, such as pure graphite bipolar plate, injection bipolar plate, expanded graphite bipolar plate, composite bipolar plate and metallic bipolar plate.
ASYS/LS-DYNA is a general explicit nonlinear dynamic analysis of finite element program, and can simulate the real world of various complicated nonlinear (large displacement, several big change and large strain), material nonlinearity (140 kinds of materials) and dynamic simulation of nonlinear (50) contact.
