Introduction Camouflage materials development project quality is an important guarantee of camouflage materials performance, is to improve the force battlefield survivability technology base.
Camouflage materials research and development are often in people, materials, equipment, method and environment quality factors such as the specification is lax, the feasibility study, design, test and production development process such as lack of effective quality control mechanisms[1].

Railway construction project materials and equipments management approaches in china classify the materials into two kinds: materials and equipments supplied by the part A and materials and equipments procured by their own.
To grasp the critical materials, the second step is selecting the key materials.
Supply logistics cost decreased about 2.46% of the value of materials in the project through materials supply plan based on materials requirement plan.

Micro Electric Discharge Machining (µ-EDM) is a non-traditional machining process which is used for drilling micro holes in a high strength-to-weight ratio advanced engineering materials like shape memory alloys that have many applications in the field of aerospace and medical sciences.
The electrode (tool) materials used were tungsten and brass cylindrical rod with a diameter of 100μm.

Because the ceramics material is very fragile, and is highly sensitive to the surface flaw, the machining of ceramics material is difficult [1].
The machining methods of ceramics materials mainly include grinding, laser processing, ultrasonic machining and electrical discharge machining (EDM).

Additive Manufacturing (AM) is the digital manufacturing technology by which products are fabricated directly from computer models by selectively curing, depositing or consolidating materials in successive layers.
With its superior mechanical properties, cellular structure material is widely used in aerospace, biomedical sciences et al.[9].
Design optimization methods of the cellular materials were summarized by references[12], and were mainly divided into three kinds, including shape optimization design, size optimization design and topology optimization design.
