Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is one of the most important factors in diagnosing some diseases in clinic.
Light-addressable potentiometric sensor(LAPS) is a biochemical sensor system based on field-effect that integrates light, mechanical and electricity[4].
Simultaneously, the device which is caused by field-effect is sensitive on potential changes between the insulating layer and an electrolyte solution interface, and the photocurrent concerned with the analytes concentration is obtained by using the photovoltaic properties of semiconductors.
Reactive group(-NH2) were lead into the surface of silicon wafers prepared through chemical modification, and the goat anti-human IgG antibody was immobilized by covalent cross-linking in order to prepare the sensitive membrane having specific recognition property of human IgG.
The immune response between antibodies and antigens occurring on the LAPS chips surface is used to affect the LAPS sensor.

The rectifying properties of the diode structures disappeared after neutron irradiation with fluence of 6.2×10 14 cm -2.
Introduction Silicon carbide is one of the most promising wide band gap semiconductors with excellent electrical and mechanical properties as well as high temperature, chemical and radiation stability.
Comparative analysis of the electrical properties of the diode structures were obtained before and after every irradiation.
Results and discussions According to the CV measurements the concentration of uncompensated donors in the spacecharge region decreased by a factors of 1.5 and 2 after first (D1) and second neutron irradiation (D2), respectively.
Resistance this dielectric layer was equal to 100 G Ω and the rectifier properties of the diode structures disappeared.

Frame elements, descriptive of decks and piers, were modeled assuming a generic section defining the mechanical parameters according to the actual geometry.
In particular, in the case of retrofit with seismic isolation the link is Friction Isolator [12,13] that allows to relate the shear response to the frictional properties, the radius of curvature and the axial stress on the device.
In the following tables are shown the mechanical properties of the supports considered in the models (Table 1, Table 2, Table 3): Table 1.

Inappropriate construction leads to pipeline damage, which cause serious damage to the safety of State property and people's lives.
It considered stress release of excavation side, shield-tailed deformation of void and grouting and lining deformation and lining weight and other factors in the calculation.
Various factors were fully taken into account in the calculation, such as excavation face roof pressure, stress release, shield-tailed void, grouting, lining deformation and lining weight, etc.
The general practice is based on the analysis of influencing factors of underground pipeline[6], using empirical method, engineering analog method or numerical simulation method and so on.

This approach is most often used where a transition in mechanical properties and/or performance in service are required.
According to work by Heiple and Roper [9], the direction of fluid flow in the molten pool can affect the weld geometry.
The temperature coefficient of surface tension is a factor in driving the direction of fluid flow in the molten pool.
The degree of angular distortion depends on several factors such as the relative weld depth and the shape and dimensions of weld metal [10,11].

The structure and morphology properties of NiO/CNTs composites are characterized by several techniques.
Measurement of electrochemical properties.
Therefore, the most important factor affecting the coating of NiO is the mass ratio of CNTs versus NiO.
Cyclic voltammetry (CV) is employed to determine the electrochemical properties of the NiO/CNTs electrodes in 2 M KOH.
