The data of the averaged values of the fiber length of the samples under study are given in table. 1 also confirm that the conditions of annealing in a muffle furnace do not affect the linear dimensions of the fibers.
With an increase in the CF content in the composite, the degree of fiber length reduction is practically the same, both at 10 and 40%.
However, it should be borne in mind that the percentage of reduction of the linear dimensions of the fibers in this case was 95%.
However, when comparing the data obtained for composites with 0.2 mm CF and 3 mm CF (Fig. 3, 4), it can be seen that the average residual fiber length in composites with 3 mm CF remains higher.

2 The principle of measurement
The structure of triangular laser method is easy and fast responded and easy to fulfill online data process, now it is be used more and more in industry measure field[6-8].

The electrical properties of 0.01 mol%V2O5-doped ZnO varistor ceramics were measured by a DC parameter instrument, and after computing the test datas, the nonlinear coefficient is 25, the leakage current density is 0.02 µA/mm2 and the voltage gradient is 31.1 V/mm.
The electrical properties datas are summarized in Table 1.
The datas of the curve in the Fig.3 are consistent with the electrical properties datas in Table 1.
Moreover, a reduction of V5+ to V4+ would occur at high temperatures, and the V4+ ion has an ionic radius of ~ 0.61 Ǻ, which is close to that of Zn2+.

The leading-edge equipment adopted by authors consists of six memory units USAM, that can be synchronized for multi-channel data processing.
The first stage of the localization method consists in recognizing the data needed to identify the AE sources, followed by the triangulation procedure.
In this way, based on the AE data collected in fatigue tests, the AE data analysis led to predict the time to failure of the masonry, taking into account the damage and the evolution of the cumulative AE number within the masonry over time.

According to the conditions of irrigation area water supply and groundwater reduction for many years, the paper puts forward the optimal allocation and the supplying water programs on using combination of surface water and groundwater.
According to the data in recent years, 2006 - 2010 the Yellow River water has decreased, about 30% less than the same period average value.
Changing some parameters value in the model (each parameter is selected based on the experimental data or empirical data), it could work out the predetermined needs diverting water from the Yellow River and groundwater extraction at different time.
Calculating data will have better reference value that will increase the new water-saving irrigation area, improve the efficiency of irrigation water resource utilization, the rational distribution exploitation quantity of groundwater, effectively control the expansion of shallow groundwater funnel area, solve groundwater recharge and balance, analyze carrying capacity of water resources and so on.
