., Ltd penetrating nano-materials into the
matrix of mechanical parts under specific process conditions, so that the matrix material obtained
grain refinement and its toughness, strength, as well as hardness all increased and friction factor
reduced, thus high-performance and long-life mechanical parts were manufactured.
The results showed that as the use of nano-materials and corresponding technologies, the performance of the material had undergone major changes: grains refined, hardness increased to HRC417~1214, friction factor reduced two times; nano-piece life was 4~6 times than contrast piece in industrial test; the wear depth of nano specimens was one-eighteenth of contrast specimens, the effect was remarkable.
In recent years, processing technology of scanning tunneling microscopy has developed rapidly and achieved a number of important achievements.

- Grain size distribution analysis was carried out using a Micrometrics® Sedigraph 5100
The grain size distribution shows the clay fraction (< 2 µm) is about 60% ; the relationship between the plasticity index (20%) and the clay fraction (60%) indicates that the clay have a medium swelling potential if plotted using the classification of Williams and Donaldson [9, 10].
Results also show that in the absence of any electrical field, the fluid has a yield stress, which could be attributed to two effects: (i) van der Walls forces which are responsible for the formation of aggregates and consequently the resistance to flow [25], and (ii) the fact that the percentage of clay in the composite is so high that the number of clay particles and the repulsion of double layers increase, which may lead to an ordered and stable structure and therefore a continuous rigid network and consequently to a yield stress.

The capacity of the equipment is determined by the rotation speed (RPM) and the number of stations on the press.
Also, as the inclusion contents were very low ( Table 2) and no apparent grain boundary carbides were noticed ( Fig. 15), these microstructural features do not seem to have contributed towards crack initiation either.
Recommendation Following is the recommendation to prevent Die failures in service both in round & elliptical Dies: 1) Deployment of Martensitic Stainless Steel Dies with a Cr content of 16-18% with appropriate hardness in place of AISI D3 Dies. 2) Elimination of banded carbides observed in the microstructure through appropriate metal forming operation of Martensitic Stainless Steel material to avoid prefential orientation of grains and achieve near isotropic structure.

The particle grain size ranged between 40 and 60 nm.
It could be observed that the grain size increased with the increase in sintering temperature mainly because the crystals coalesce.
There have been a number of reports in literature suggesting that the synthesis of nanosized TiO2 results in the formation of anatase and/or brookite, which, on coarsening, undergoes a transformation to rutile when a certain particle size has been reached [20].

As indicated in Figure 2, this difference in cooling or solidification rates between the thin and thick sections significantly impacts both their grain structure and properties.
However, the detection of the relatively high Al (10.07 at%) content in the Mg-Al-Zn phase and low Al level (4.28 at%) in the primary α-Mg grain of the 20-mm section implied that the slow cooling promoted the migration of Al from the primary phase to the micron Mg-Al-Zn phase during solidification.
While Figure 11(a) indicates that pores in small sizes are visible in the thin wall (6 mm), Figures 11(b) and (c) show a noticeable number of large pores in both the 10 mm and 20 mm specimens, respectively.

There appear a great many dislocation cells inside the grain and there exist numbers of dislocations on the cell wall.
Firstly, with cold drawing, the dislocation density in the sample grain greatly increases.

Because of the difference in physical parameters such as lattice constants, thermal expansion coefficients and ionicity between ZnSe and Si, this material system suffers from a number of crystalline defects, which have a deleterious effect on the optical and electronic properties and may be responsible for the reduction of the device lifetime.
Surface morphology and grain size were revealed in accordance to FESEM carried out at acceleration 15 kV and AFM with non-contact mode.
The surface nanostructure of the ZnSe thin films showed a very small grain with size less than 100 nm.

Hongyu Jia [12] used the sandstone microscopic pore model , studied, respectively , BaSO4 and CaCO3 scaling mechanisms and injury law of oil .The results showed that the reservoir scale format in multiple heterogeneous nuclea- crystal growth process and crystal growth in pore and throat can occur; different types of scale, the scale features are also different ; BaSO4 scaling is mixed with water - scale continuous alternately formed, its scale and crystal morphology development, small grains, and CaCO3 fouling is continuous, it has good scale crystal morphology development, grain is thick ; scaling of reservoir damage without considering temperature and multiphase flow situation is still influenced by both volume and reservoir permeability scaling.
Yuanshuai Liu [15]by observing the number of fluorescent Pseudomonas in fixed the circulatory system, obtained that growth curve of mixed fouling on the surface of different material characteristics, with the change of the concentration of CaCO3 in water.
