In order to reduce traffic accidents, active driving safety assistance systems have been assembled in cars, such as autonomous emergency braking [4].
The other method for reducing traffic accidents, a passive driving safety assistance system, has been investigated in the research [5].

As traffic volume in the airspace becomes saturated, it is necessary to adopt CPDLC as the primary communication method and air traffic controllers should be trained accordingly.
CPDLC is intended to increase safety by reducing communication errors and pilot workload[4], improving the efficiency of airspace management and providing economic benefits.
To increase flight traffic volume and make training for pilots safer, the first CPDLC-based training system for air traffic controller is going to be established shortly.

Even in a country where the traffic management is comparatively well organized, pedestrian safety is also the focus of public safety, for example, in US, there were about 4600 pedestrian killed in 2007, which weighting 11% of all traffic fatalities [2].
