The investigation items cover 11 classes including water supply, drainage, power supply, house quality, outdoor environment, transportation, air supply and planning.
The investigation showed us that 40% of the villages had no tap water supply, 75% drilled wells near cesspool or lavatory for water, 40% of that outgoing is difficult in rainy days;60% had no public places for gathering, 70% animals’ hovel mixed with people’s houses, 80% had no library, and 90% of that garbage was abandoned optionally.

The transformation of Canary Wharf is called the most influential urban construction project after the New Town Movement of United Kingdom since the 1970s.Canary Wharf is located in the West India Docks on the Isle of Dogs in the Borough of Tower Hamlets in East London.[1]Canary Wharf contains around 1,300,000 m2 of office and retail space, of which around 730,000 m2 is owned by Canary Wharf Group.[2] Around 90,000 people work in Canary Wharf[3] and it is home to the world or European headquarters of numerous major banks, professional services firms and media organizations.[4]Canary Wharf is the world's largest single commercial real estate development projects, is also the emerging CBD.

These include incineration plants, sports facilities, water and sewerage treatment works, large IT infrastructure facilities, education and healthcare facilities, expressways and government buildings.

Materials and Methods
The chemicals used were of analar grade and doubly distilled water was used throughout to prepare the solutions.

Since natural gas in the down-hole tubing contains free water, H2S and CO2 , electrochemical corrosion and sulfide stress cracking (SSC) on the inner wall surface of the tubing are unavoidable.
Based on such experiences in development of high sulfur content oil & gas field in foreign countries, LJ No.1, 6 and 7 wells have all been filled with independently developed annular protection liquid, which is found to be of good effect as verified from the inspections made on the status of the drawn out oil tubing. 1) Selection of annular protection liquids Water-base annular protection liquid: Water solution of annular protection liquid with water-soluble corrosion inhibitor CT2-4 as the main constituent is recommended.

Crack tip critical –stress- intensity factor vs. crack depth (mm) Despite the fact that alkali activated cement concretes are characteristic of shrinkage deformations at levels of Portland cement concretes [5], however, their lower temperature in the conditions of hot climate causes the less diffusion of water vapors into the ambient environment and, hence, acceleration of shrinkage processes in the concrete.
So, in case of the alkali activated slag cement concretes when a difference between the temperature of the concrete and of the ambient environment of 20оС, the rate of water diffusion into the ambient environment, in accordance with the Fick’s Law can show a 12- fold increase.
At the same time, in case of Portland cement concrete, when a difference between the concrete temperature and the temperature of ambient environment is 40оС, the rate of water diffusion can show more than 38- fold increase.
