According to the principles of green technology innovation capability in pulp and paper enterprises and empirical data availability, designed by reference to relevant scholars sustainability innovation capability index system and combined with sustainable, institutional, systemic and green technical characteristics of green technology innovation capability, the author evaluated from six aspects of green technology innovation investment capability, green technology innovation management capability, green innovation service capability, green innovation marketing capability, green innovation awareness capability, and green technology innovation of environmental protection capability.
In order to generate more learning samples, linear interpolation is needed for standardized data evaluation in the adjacent intervals, and then learning samples between the various levels would be generated randomly, out of which some are selected as training samples, and other parts are as testing samples.

As industrial production assembly conditions need more accuracy and precision requirement, the different kinds of laser line scanner combining assembly robotic system are implemented to achieve both holistic geometrical measurement and improved reliability of measured data [2-6].
Although the principal advantages of robotic assembly cannot completely replace manual assembly, manufacture progress production capability rising and cost reduction caused sensor-based robotic assembly systems continues to develop.
Recent non-contact method research has suggested that automated laser line scanners may indeed facilitate processes beneficial to obtain large amounts of point data in a short time.

The in-plane micro-deformation measurement based on Digital Image Correlation (DIC) technique has been performed using an experimental set-up, consisting of an optical microscope (Olympus BX 51) equipped with a motorised stage and digital camera, and data reduction software.
