Preparation of Gold Nanoparticles by Using Cholesteryl Compounds Zhendong Wu1,a 1 Department of Chemistry, Baicheng Normal University, Baicheng, Jilin, 137000, China a www930621@163.com Keywords: Gold nanoparticles, Nanostructures, Cholesteryl compound.
In addition, since the organized nanostructures are very sensitive to and dependent on the molecular structure of the amphiphiles, the design of amphiphilic molecules is of the utmost importance.
The structures of the final products were confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis, and abbreviated as CH-N1 and CH-N2, respectively.
Compared with the results of CH-N1 and CH-N2, the gold absorption band with larger molecular ratios was broadened and shifted to longer wavelength, suggesting existence of anisotropic structures or aggregates.

A Series of Metal Molybdates as Flame-Retardants and Smoke Suppressants for Flexible PVC LEI Liu 1a, WEIHONG Wu1, 2b, HUANHUAN Xue 1c and HONGQIANG Qu 1d* 1College of Chemistry and Environmental Science, Hebei University, Baoding, 071002, China 2College of Science, Agricultural University of Hebei, Baoding, 071001, China accesliulei@hbu.edu.cn, bweiweibigq@163.com, c1051371904@qq.com, dhqqu@163.com Keywords: Molybdate; Poly(vinyl chloride); Flame retardant; Smoke suppression; Thermal analysis Abstract: A series of metal molybdates were synthesized as flame-retardants and smoke suppressants for flexible poly (vinyl chloride).
The morphology of the char residue generated from the untreated PVC shows an alveolate and breakable structure with some small pores in the surface (Fig. 3 (a)), therefore, heat and flammable volatiles could easily penetrate the char layer into the flame zone during the process of burning, so the flame retardancy of the sample is poor, while those generated from the treated ones show a more condensed structure, the condensed structure can form a barrier to inhibit combustible gases and transfer heat energy to the PVC bulk, which is beneficial to the improvement of flame retardancy.

After catechol was conjugated to the chitosan structure, the proton peaks of catechol were found at 6.6-6.9 ppm.
After incorporation of the succinyl group into the chitosan structure, it was found that the peak of –COOH from the succinyl groups was presented at 1701 cm−1, overlapping with the amide I.
After catechol was adhered to the succinyl chitosan structure, the spectra of Cat-SCS showed the obviously decrease in the peak signal of the C=O group of the carboxylic function group at 1655 cm-1, and the peak intensity of amide I and amide II increased due to the creation of amide bonds between the carboxylic of succinyl groups and amine of dopamine.

The phase purity and crystallographic structure of the materials were obtained by using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) with Cu Kα radiation.
It can be observed that the single and pure phase of LiCo0.9X0.1O2 (X=Mn and Fe) were obtained with no impurity peaks detected which indicated that the transition metal ions are successfully substituted in the LiCoO2 structure.
The materials obtained have a layered hexagonal α-NaFeO2 structure with R3m space group.

Composites are very advantageous, because they are essentially produced for the needs of the final application, and not only by its structure and properties, but also by the production technology.
Its rocks are heavy, tough and resistant and they can present porphyry, microcrystalline or glassy structure.

The maximum value of torque (Mmax) for samples with a high content of curing agent shows higher values, which is most likely related with the formation of a more dense structure of the curing network.
Thus, it is shown that TPV vulcanized using a resin vulcanizing system has higher elastic strength characteristics, which is due to the structure of the mesh structure of the elastomeric part of the polymer composite material.

The structure of the surface layer of the samples was examined with an EU METAM CM 21 optical microscope after polishing and etching in a solution containing equal volumes of hydrofluoric acid and glycerol.
In this case, the etching process takes several minutes to identify the titanium structure.
Quenched in electrolyte samples have a more porous structure than one cooled at the air (Fig. 2).
