CMH-17 provides standardized, statistically-based material property data by standardization of methodology used to develop, analyze, and publish property data for composite materials.
From this matrix it is possible to obtain statistically-based material properties that meet the most stringent handbook level of population sampling for B-values, data documentation and test method requirements.
In the data reduction method, the data from all environments, batches and panels can be utilized together to generate statistical information about the corresponding test.
This approach utilizes essentially small data sets to generate test condition statistics such as population variability and corresponding basis values to pool results for a specific failure mode across all environments.

Hydraulic pump station and data collection as well as computer control system are shared by two subsystems.
Model verification based on MATLAB Mathematical model of electro-hydraulic servo control single-channel system of hydrostatic center frame oil film is of explicit model structure and order, but model parameters is time-variant and uncertain, model identification is based on servo system test and achieved the measured input and output data , the necessary data processing and computing are added, this is a process eliminating the mathematical model equal to measured system[5-6].
We can introduce the collected input and output data using system identification toolbox of MATLAB, the collected input and output data set is carried on filter , averaging and removing trend as well as other pretreatments, we can achieve input and output data[7-8].
We should carry on simulation analysis for identification model under off-line condition, then make experiment under different conditions, and carry on model identification through recording data.
Off-line simulation output of identification model and output data of identification experiment, output curve of identification model and output curve of identification experiment fit well.

Hundreds of samples with different loading conditions were generated using multiobjective QIEP technique developed in [3]. 70% of the generated data were assigned for training process whereas the remaining 30% of the generated data were used as the testing process.
LS-SVM is reported to perform well when applied to data outside the training set.
If the selected value of sigma is too small, it will lead to over fitting phenomenon to sample data.
On the contrary, if the value of sigma is too big, then it will lead to under fitting phenomenon to sample data [7].

As such, the scanner can acquire data regarding the texture and color of the scanned object, and also may keep the track of the object in more difficult conditions (due to texture based tracking aid).
The 3D scanning ensures the acquisition of a much larger number of surface points, hence requiring the operator to use a mesh file format (e.g. stereolythographic), which can handle such data.
The necessary time for the surface data acquisition is significantly lower in the case of 3D scanning due to the high degree of automation of the process.
The dimensional inspection results of the as-cast blade allow a comparison between the accuracy of the two methods used for 3D CG data acquisition.

Compared with visible light and infrared radiation sensing device, synthetic aperture radar (SAR) have all day, all-weather, long-distance, large-scale, high-resolution and other advantages for ocean front observations provided powerful field data.
The nonlinear nature of the speckle noise, along with certain ambiguities inherent to SAR data, further complicate the analysis of SAR imagery.
As a result, many image analyzing techniques, such as grey-level thresholding and conventional edge detection, are not readily applicable to SAR data.
Another way such as introducing the gravity model to detect ocean fronts based on the ocean temperature data was performed in [9].
The 2D-EMD algorithm may be summarized as follows[12]: (1) input source data X, identify the extreme (both maximum and minimum) in the image space; (2)generate the bounding envelopes using appropriate surface fitting techniques; (3) compute the mean surface by averaging the upper and lower envelopes; (4) determine the first estimate of an IMF by subtracting the mean surface from the input data according to some rule; (5) iterate until the IMF mean surface function is close to zero everywhere, After subtracting IMF from source data X, repeat step (1), the result is as the new input source data; (6) if the residue is a constant or a monotone trend, then stop.

The reduction of the shunt resistance causes more leakage current in the solar cell, resulting in decreased solar power production.
Data recording for these systems was done during 2005 to 2012 in accordance with IEC 61829 standard [7-8].
Therefore, the field measured data needs to be adjusted to the STC.
Using the arrays data, different relations were developed for various PV cell technologies through the multiple linear regression models.
The Rs & Rsh are from data recorded over 8 years, the collection process was manual which has measured data during the solar irradiance values greater than 700 W/m2 as per IEC 61829 standard [8].

W and Mo co-doped VO2(M) nanopowders were synthesized by thermal decomposition via two-step method using oxalic acid as reduction acid, vanadium pentoxide as vanadium source, ammonium tungstate and ammonium molybdates as doped sources.
Therefore, VO2 has great application potentials, such as temperature sensing devices[4], optical switching devices[5-6], modulator and polarizer of sub-millimeter wave radiation[7], optical data storage medium[8], variable reflectance mirrors[9] and energy efficiency windows[10] and so on.

From these data, we may conclude that the photoactivity of chlorophyll a in spirulina is enhanced through the action of PAMAM G4NH2–Ag and PAMAM G4OH–Ag nanocomposits in vivo.
The growth was measured by optical density by monitoring of changes in absorption at wavelength 560 nm using the UV–visible spectrometer Cintra 10e (GBC Scientific Equipment Pty Ltd, Australia) with digital data acquisition system, wavelength range 190–1100 nm.
For the reduction of silver ions was used sodium borohydride NaBH4, The ratio of reductant to ion concentrations was 2/1.
In all mentioned cases, the content of spirulina was determined by the instrumental data [20].
From these data may be concluded that the photoactivity of Chl a in spirulina enhanced through the action of PAMAM G4NH2–Ag and PAMAM G4OH–Ag nanocomposites in vivo.

The work presents a new analytical model to predict coherent length which is shown to correlate well with measured data from experiment.
Equation (2) correlates the data with a root-mean-square error of 9.4 per cent from their experimental work.
It is not entirely clear from the plots at which length the jet break-up occurs so another measure using the experimental data was sought.
Data was transferred from MATLAB ® into Excel for direct comparison of the two phenomena of interest.
A method has been developed which enables the nozzle loss factor, Nf, to be obtained from the experimental data over the whole range of operational conditions.
