Study on Mapping Techniques of Bill of Material Supporting Complex Assembly Line Material Feeding BO Hong-guang 1, a, ZHANG Xin 1, b and LI Zhi-xiang 1, c 1 Dalian University of Technology, Dalian 116024, China; ahg_bo@163.com, bdmar0814@163.com, c416030952@qq.com Keywords: feeding BOM, working BOM, multiple views mapping, complex assembly.
It achieves the conversion that from MBOM to WBOM to obtain a WBOM data mode base on process .we should consider the assembly station, batches and group batching and other element states, and then complete the conversion from WBOM to FBOM to obtain the FBOM data model based on the decomposition of station structural, this offers technical support to assurance the consistency mapping of BOM data for the materials feeding management of complex assembly line.

At the present, function integration by piezoelectric materials is implemented by adhesive bonding of piezo-patches to the surface of structural components.
Strength tests for brittle materials Elongated fibres with a rectangular cross section are used for the direct integration.
As a result, the strength of brittle materials exhibits a statistical distribution.

Currently, there are two important materials composition based on nature recourses which namely alumino-silicate-glass (ASG) and CaO-MgO- Al2O3- SiO2 (CMAS) system already contributed for excellent insulating materials.
The glass-ceramic in the CMAS system can be nominated as excellent dielectric material which make them excellent insulating materials. [11].
Most of CMAS systems discussed in the previous studies are using conventional raw materials.
