Rossi et al.[6] applied their self-developed refrigerating plant to prostate cryosurgery, and compared with simulation to reduce the overall run time of computerized planning. 2007, Baohong Yang et al.[7] used the finite element model simulate prostate with a capillary porous medium, analyzed the thermal stresses and deformations, and found out the factor of cryosurgery. 2008, Hongqin Yang et al.[8] set up a three-dimension comprehensive thermal model of breast, and the simulated results show that the surface temperature distribution of breast is directly related to the position and size of the tumor embedded in it. 2009, Juan Shi et al.[1] simulated a numerical heat transfer model of biological tissue in cryosurgery to know the process of heat transfer in clinical surgery. 2011, Runming Ni et al.[9] compared experiment of freezing liver tissue to numerical simulation, corrected the thermal physical properties.
