The device can be used to test concrete samples when engineer wants to realize the concrete behaviour under extreme conditions such as cold, very high temperature or drastic drops of temperature incurred in a short period and importantly test for concrete samples during hydration.
However, to achieve the maximum and optimum benefits from the construction together with utmost safety requirements, engineers should always be very alert about the concrete behaviour and the variation of properties in terms of reliability in long run and different level of temperatures during all seasons.
Currently available systems are large in size and very expensive to keep at disposition for mobile and personal applications of interest by civil engineers in construction sites and workplaces.
National Semiconductor engineer and author Bob Pease explained that PID controllers give poor performance.

Abstract.
The satellite communication has been widely used in civil aviation, maritime transport, fire fighting, public security, as well as radio and television and other industries because of its characteristic of big coverage range, good real time nature and small effect of human factor.
