The nanocrystalline and amorphous Al-rich Al–TM–RE alloys with low density and a good corrosion resistance exhibit enhanced properties, such as high strength levels of 1,200÷1,500 MPa [1, 2], compared to the materials in the range of 550÷600 MPa with conventional grain size.
