Biological synthesis is favorably simple and offer several benefits over physical and chemical methods, the natural self assembly approach utilizing micro-organisms or plant-derived materials for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles.
Our aim is to utilize materials which are eco-friendly and cost-effective to synthesized silver nanoparticles without using toxic chemical reagents suited for possible various applications.

But, because of the innovation and development of new functional materials, many new kinds of motors have been invented, in which the ultrasonic motor is an typical one made of piezoelectric ceramics.
The ultrasonic motor takes advantage of the converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics to arise the local vibration of elastomer, which can lead to continuous macroscopic rotation with the help of friction materials.
The electro-mechanical coupling means that AC voltage makes piezoelectric resonator enable the resonator to vibrate mechanically through the converse piezoelectric effect while the follow-up current direct is provided by mechanical vibration through direct piezoelectric effect, which exists in the piezoelectric materials [1].
The piezoelectric element and material [4] are built based on the piezoelectric analysis.
