Recycling of Waste Concrete and Fly Ash for Recycled Aggregate Concrete: Fundamental Characteristics Evaluation Cheolwoo Park1, a 11 Dept. of Civil Engineering, Kangwon National University Samcheok 245-711 Korea a tigerpark@kangwon.ac.kr Keywords: Recycling, waste concrete, fly ash, recycled aggregate concrete Abstract.
It I finally conclude that the recycled concrete aggregate can be successfully used in the construction field and the recycling rate of waste concrete and flay ash should be increased without causing significant engineering problems.
Primary reasons may include negative understandings of concrete engineers on the quality and performance of RCA and concrete using RCA [2].

Experimental Study on Flexural Property of Reinforced Concrete Beams with Recycled Aggregate of Construction Waste Zhaohua Du1,2,a, Tong Hao1,b and Lixin Liu1,c,* 1 School of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou, 450002, Henan, China 2 Zhengzhou University Multi-functional Design and Research Academy, Zhengzhou, 450002, Henan, China ahndzh1972@163.com, bhaotong@zzu.edu.cn, cliulin_xin@126.com Keywords: recycled concrete beams, replacement rate, flexural Property, bearing capacity, cracking resistance Abstract.
These results may be as a reference for the application of the concrete with recycled aggregates of construction waste in engineering [2,3,4].
The results show that all testing component/value are larger than average 1.0, and the coefficient of variation of the smaller, Show that the experiment values of maximum crack width of concrete beams were less than the theoretical value, regularity is better, engineering application tends to safety.

The intergovernmental concerns never took into consideration both the sustainability factor and the cultural one, not until the 1990s when research on climate change expanded and the sustainable development took an important place in the different academic cross fields: engineering, biology, technology and architecture.
In their report, Morton et al. [7] showed (Fig. 2) that the unfired adobe bricks are using nearly three times less energy than a lightweight concrete blocks, this is  five times less energy than a fired common bricks, and nearly seven times less than a fired engineering bricks and also eight times less than an aerated concrete blocks. [7].
Educate architects to this vernacular product, involving civil engineers to improve the mechanical properties of the adobe using natural materials and finally create and international research and training centers for the know-how.
