Results of these composites reported uniform particles distribution along with enhanced hardness and mechanical properties; though at the sacrifice of ductility [7].
Further particles size changes from micro-to nano level improves the mechanical properties without much suffering the toughness.

After the "5.12 Earthquake " baptism, these bridges have had serious internal injuries, they can no longer stand again and collapsed in the "8.19 Floods".Horrifying bridge collapse accident, once again focused the attention of the public on the evaluation of the safety of the active bridge. How to evaluate the safety and service life of the existing bridge and early warn in order to reduce the occurrence of accidents and protect lives and property of the people is the focus of the community, but also the hotspot of bridge researchers and engineering technicians.
Currently, the bridge load test is widely used for its practical, man-made factors are little, with data to talk, and reliability.By static load test, can accurately determine the carrying capacity and safety of the bridge, and dynamic test to determine the bridge's operation and loss situation[2].
After many years of use, affected by the Wenchuan earthquake of 8.0 magnitude, there are different degrees of aging and damage phenomena in the bridge.
Summary It can be seen from the calculation and static load test results of the two methods, the bridge structure has sufficient rigidity and strength, meet the requirements of 80t heavy vehicle traffic, but need to select trucks according to the static test strictly, and pass through in low and uniform speed. The cracking, breakage phenomena and so on of the bridge structure emerged currently, affect the long-term performance of the structure, will be repaired as soon as possible.
We can see from the above ,to assess the bearing capacity of a bridge, can’t only use the mechanical calculation and analysis method simply, and should comprehensive analysis integrating the visual inspection and static and dynamic load test results, based on the analysis and calculation, then, objective and real appraisal to the bridge can be made.

By means of finite element analysis of the bearing and the matching spindle respectively, it can be known that thermal property of the designed liquid sliding bearing can meet the working demands of high-speed roller grinding, and the designed spindle can meet the demands of strength and stiffness under the condition of high-speed grinding, thus, important reference materials for forming core technologies of high-speed roller grinding head are provided.
As mentioned above, linear speed of grinding wheel applied in liquid sliding bearing of high-speed roller grinding head is much higher than linear speed of grinding wheel applied in liquid sliding bearing of common roller grinding head, whereas, high linear speed of grinding wheel will cause high temperature of lubricating oil in liquid sliding bearing of roller grinding head, and high temperature will again affect dynamic pressure load-carrying ability of the bearing.
Accordingly, in high-speed roller grinding process, thermal property of liquid sliding bearing of roller grinding head is an important influencing factor of machining accuracy, and it restricts directly enhancement of the spindle speed.
The design aims of the spindle are as follows: in high-speed running, keeping reasonable force, avoiding or relieving stress concentration, and keeping good processing property.

Typical processing steps involved in the thermo-mechanical production of Al sheet.
In the field of aluminium alloys, texture investigations are of great interest since the texture determines the plastic anisotropy which is important for many practical applications, e.g. for good deep drawing properties.
If under extreme circumstances the movement of high-angle grain boundaries is suppressed, e.g. in the presence of small, finely dispersed particles, recovery alone can reduce the dislocation density so that the mechanical properties of the soft material are obtained.
The weight factors xi are derived from the corresponding nucleus densities, Ni, as xi = Ni /Ntot where Ntot is the total number of nuclei.
Furthermore, the texture affects a number of materials properties, which is important for practical applications of aluminium sheet products.

A fully integrated mechanical-electromagnetic model is shown to compare well to the quasi-static numerical model.
The Magnetic Fields (MF) interface implements the EM properties of the system with Ampere’s Law, and enables the coil transducer to be represented as a Multi-Turn Coil Domain.
Given the geometry and properties of the prototype harvester outlined earlier, the coil parameters used in the Comsol model were: rout = 15 mm, rin = 5 mm, h = 2 mm, number of turns N = 200, rwire,cu = 127  μm, rwire,tot = 150 μm, and calculated resistance R = 3.74 Ω.
However, since small variations in the damping value only affects the value of the anomalous jump frequencies [[] D.
As previously discussed, the power discrepancy is thought to be due to the discretisation of the coil in the model yielding a higher resistance than measured due to a fill-factor difference in the experimental coil.

It helps to screen combinations of representative factors and levels from combinations of various factors and levels using mathematical statistics.
Considering of the impactions on indexes of some factors are less than 5 percent, it is better to simplify the optimization process by ignoring the impact of these factors.
Simultaneously, lightweight these factors, which implies that reducing the mass of the beams by valuing their structures.

Beside the well known Ni-Mn-Ga alloy family [4], the ferromagnetic shape memory properties have also been observed recently in other systems, such as the Ni and Co based ones: NiFeGa [5], NiFeAl [6], CoNiGa [7,8], CoNiAl [9].
Concerning the properties, one could see higher strength and reasonable elongation [15] as well as perfect pseudoelasticity, small pseudoelastic stress hysteresis and excellent cyclic response has been reported [16].
The current work details our results in the investigation of a dual β+γ Co-Ni-Ga ferromagnetic alloy subjected to a high degree of plastic deformation, in order to assess the possibilities to use this process to further improve the resulting properties. 2.
Severe plastic deformation can also generate preferential sites for the precipitation, that can further affect the martensitic phase transition in the shape memory alloy.
While the dual-phase β+γ structure of the CoNiGa alloys improves the deformation behaviour of the alloys at RT and can be an important factor in stimulating the development of these materials, it can also lead to the suppression of the martensitic transformation and subsequently the loss of the memory effect.

The relative stability in chemical and thermal properties makes this compound as a basic ferroelectric ceramic and a thermal sensitive resistor element due to its negative temperature coefficient, also CaTiO3 based ceramic is a refractory material with high corrosion receptivity against caustic solution [5-6].
The mechanochemical synthesis of CaTiO3 from CaO-TiO2 mixture confronted the difficulty in the products with agglomerated morphology and the disorder of grain boundary [8], which results in poor electrical properties of the sintered ceramics.

Because of its strength to weight ratio, good corrosion resistance and low thermal expansion property, it is widely used in the aeroplane manufacture, which is pointed out in [1].
The tool wear in the cutting process of complex mechanical environment and thermal environment, with a strong irregularity, it is difficult to measure with the traditional means.
Digital image processing technology of cutting tool condition Because the machine cutting tool condition monitoring system can be affected by various factors, such as the shoot circumstance and the disequilibrium illumination, especially interfered by the noise sources while the image is obtained, transmitted and stored, the original cutting tool image needs to be preprocessed before the tool wear value is extracted.
The tool condition monitoring system can be affected by the uneven illumination and other factors, so the image correction is needed.
