Among those algorithms the MUSIC algorithm still has the best estimation accuracy and resolution, stability[2][3], however the MUSIC algorithm for space-time 2D signal model still has bad coherent signals resolution capacity[4], and its amount of calculation is also very huge, in order to solve these two problems, and further improve the practicability, the spatial smoothing technique for the estimation of coherent signals is extended to the space-time signal model, on the other hand, the beam space dimension reduction algorithm is extended to space-time signal model to reduce amount of calculation of MUSIC algorithm, this paper focuses on those two aspects.

Conclusions
Biodegradable hydroxy-functionalized polymer HO-POEOMA is successfully prepared by ATRP of OEOMA in the presence of HO-EBiB in water and inverse miniemulsion of water/cyclohexane at ambient temperature (300C).

Results
