The data is collated in Table 1
The data for different furnaces was assessed by Mehrabi et al. [5], Table 2.
This data includes both furnace efficiency and melt loss.
The data used for the current analysis was chosen according to Best Available Technology, meaning the highest efficiency and the lowest metal loss.
The case data and the corresponding results are collated in Table 3.

Suppose we are given a training data set,in which is an inputs with n dimensions, is the output.
Nox emissions data Training data set were given from a 660 MW ultra-supercritical solid slagging once-through boiler with opposed combustion pattern ,which is 1# unit of XinChang power plant located at Jiangxi Province of China.
The research database consisted of 110 cases,in which 10 cases shomn in table 1 and table 2 were used to model ,and the other 100 cases as test data set.
The output was 1--dimensional data ,Nox emissions concentration.
The other 100 cases ,as the test data ,were uses to verify the accuracy of the model, the comparision of results of the prediction and measurements were shown in figure 1.

In the future research in [6], it is suggested that statistic methods should be used to analyze statistical data on accidents, so that the dependent relationship among factors can be generated more accurately.
According to the above results, the hypothesis in different levels in the model can be tested, the correlation among different variables can be analyzed, thus the data of interactions among different factors can be identified.
Thirdly, the accident cases should be structured, and inter-relationship among the factors, can be generated by Proportional Reduction of Error (PRE) method with the aid of SPSS.
Then, the statistical data can be applied to verify and modify the data which represents the interactions among the factors.
Therefore, this paper intends to solve the following 3 key problems: 1) Design a scientific research scheme to ensure to get reliable data 2) Clarify the features of different factors which can influence the safety level of high risk operations, identify the relations among the factors, construct safety assessment model, explain the statistical data of accidents, verify relationship among the factors by accident statistical data. 3) Construct a link between safety management and safety assessment, propose some suggestions for safety assessment, guide the safety management by safety assessment, treat the safety management as the databases for safety assessment.

In the present study, statistical treatment of the fatigue life data obtained from the tests has been carried out using a 2-parameter Weibull analysis.
Figure 1 shows the 2-parameter Weibull plot of the fatigue life data.

We have compared the test results with model data.
A graphics based user interface software was developed for scan control and data analysis.
A peak-to-peak amplitude was taken on the digital oscilloscope during data processing as shown in Fig. 3.
Those data are going up and down regularly.

This means relatively limited data for the safe design and partially deficient understanding of the fatigue behaviour of these materials.
The obtained results are in good agreement with the data published in [2] for J0 steel grade and in [7] for J2 steel grade.
From the measured experimental data in Paris region, the material constants C and m were estimated, and the results are given in Tab. 2, together with the data from the literature.
The results were compared with literature data.

The UHI phenomenon is generally considered as being caused by a reduction in latent heat flux and an increase in sensible heat in urban areas as vegetated and evaporating soil surfaces are replaced by relatively impervious low albedo paving and building materials [4].
The Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) /Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+) thermal infrared (TIR) data have also been utilized to study UHI many years [10-11].

The reduction of current due to ionic polarization is seen to be comparatively high suggesting that the major charge carriers in the sample are ions.
From dc polarization data, it appears that the (PEO)9CuCNS system is a mixed conductor having an ionic transference number ti ≈ 0.8, and an electronic transference number te ≈ 0.20.
Polarization data taken for the (PEO)9CuCNS + 10 wt% Al2O3 electrolyte using stainless steel electrodes shows that the ionic transference number has increased to about 0.85.
