Nanocomposite is investigated by respective analytical techniques to confirm structure and performance.
In the XRD patterns (Fig. 5), the position of the diffraction peaks of CdSe-azo nanocrystals at 25.4o , 43o and 49o match to the (111), (220) and (311) crystalline planes of CdSe and these peaks could be indexed to cubic CdSe, which are consistent with the literature data of (JCPDS, 19-0191), indicating that the as-prepared CdSe-azo nanocrystals belong to the cubic zinc blende structure and maintain the crystalline structural of CdSe QDs.

Like In2Te3 the Hg3In2Te6 crystal has cubic crystal lattice with stoichiometric vacancies in their crystal structure.
Crystal lattice structure was studied by X-ray Debye-Scherrer method at Fe-Kα radiation with l = 1.94 Ǻ wavelength using the scheme of backward shooting.
Based on these data we can propose a band model structure similar for all compositions of investigated crystals.
Note that the voltage drop across the series resistance (RS) of the bulk part of the diode structure takes place at relatively large forward currents.

It has been found that despite of applied working parameters, metals and alloys processed by the KoBo method are characterized by a homogenous, finegrained structure.
These “gentle” conditions of conducted deformation favor an activation of dynamical processes of a structure restoration (namely a dynamical recovery) [11].
Therefore, it may be stated that both the KoBo extrusion and the DSR method involve a similar mechanism of the structure refinement based on a dynamical structure restoration phenomena supported by a heat generation upon a processing.
