In this work, four sets of experiments were designed and carried out to explore the influence of various factors including the amount of copper, the reaction temperature, and the concentration of H2O2.
How does the amount of copper nanoparticles affect the surface morphology was investigated by fixing etching solution and etching time.
Generally speaking, temperature plays a positive role which affects the surface morphology and the etching of silicon.
Actually, the concentration of H2O2 and HF affects not only the etching rate, but also the morphology of the etching structures.
