Oxygen plasma bombardment is one of the most important way to simulate the influence of atomic oxygen on space materials.
The decay phenomenon including mass loss rate and the change of optical properties of some materials exposed to oxygen plasma is consistent with that of those tested in aerospace.
The interaction strength of RF discharge oxygen plasma on space materials has been reported and the effect is almost four times as strong as in AO [4,5].
Being the main ingredient of oxygen plasma, oxygen ions should have some similar corrosive effects on space materials.

The resistivity of contraction resistance and material contact parts is directly proportional to the actual number of spots, conductive contact parts of the contact is decided by the hardness of materials.
Under normal circumstances, when the con-tact parts by current heating, the temperature will rise, the resistivity of conductive materials will be increased, but also the hardness will decrease, so that the contact area increases effective contact point.
