Clearly, to
meet today's demands of the aluminum extrusion industry for zero die trial, thin walls, tight
tolerances, fast extrusion speed, reduced extrusion pressure and high productivity, a good
understanding of the geometrical factors that control metal flow through a pocket die is necessary.
Moreover, the temperatures of the billet and extrusion tooling (die, container and stem) play a critical role in determining the product quality in terms of shape, dimensions, microstructure and mechanical properties.
The process parameters and friction factors used in the FEM simulations are given in Table 1.
Table 1 Materials, process parameters and friction factors used in FEM simulation Billet material 6063 aluminium alloy Workpiece material model Rigid-visco-plastic Billet diameter 50 mm Reduction ratio 33.1 Container diameter 50 mm Initial billet temperature 480 °C Initial tooling temperature 400 °C Tooling material H13 tool steel Tooling material model Rigid Ram speed 5 mm/s Shear friction factor 0.9 between the workpiece and container/stem 0.4 between the workpiece and die Results and discussions Metal flow through the flat die.
Clearly, the shape of the pocket at the profile tip affects the metal flow significantly.

The definition of the modern fabric is that some textile fiber,or yarn, or fiber and yarn constitute together into a kind of sheet-like soft assemblage which has some mechanical properties and thickness in accord with certain rules.
The conception of fabrics re-creation Fabric recreation mainly refers to the re-design of clothing material quality , which is on the basis of original fabrics and other auxiliary materials by using various means such as combining with colour, material qualitative, space and light these factors to remodel and transform the stereoscopic sense , so that the original fabrics in form, texture or simple sense takes place a larger, even in a qualitative change. It enriches the original appearance, and widens the scope of the use of material and design space by a new and free way to interpretate the fashion conception .

To date, many investigations have focused on the microstructure and mechanical property of ECAP-processed materials, however, the study on corrosion property is relatively rare.
The study on corrosion resistance of ECAP-processed materials is complex and challenging, because the corrosion resistance will be affected by many factors induced by ECAP, including grain size alteration, changes in dislocation density, increased grain boundary density, particle fragmentation, residual stress, development of texture, as well as different electrolytes [22].

Introduction
During the course of polymer flooding in porous media, polymer solution was diluted by formation water, and it would be stranded due to surface adsorption, mechanical capture, hydrodynamic trap and the interactions between polymer molecules[1].
For the polymer on surface of core particles, adsorption amount are affected by many factors, which are types of polymer, molecular weight, degree of hydrolysis, salinity, rock composition, surface properties of particles, environmental temperature and so on.

It has the advantages of non contact, non heat affected zone, strong controllability.
There are many uncertainty factors during the extremely complex LSP equipment development [3].
Other surface strengthening technology can hardly achieve these properties.
(2) Integrated control system should be designed to construct a collaborative environment with constrained layer, electrical and mechanical system, optical shaping system, and so on.

Epidemiological evidence demonstrates a substantial global burden, with prevalence estimates ranging from 23% to 36% in adult populations, showing marked female predominance and strong associations with aging, genetic factors, and footwear habits [3,4].
For Skin's material properties, μ = 0.122 kPa, α = 18.
Clinical intervention for bunion deformity requires the establishment of a systematic treatment strategy that takes into full consideration the compensatory properties of the lower limb kinetic chain.
Hormonal factors, footwear habits, and differences in ligament laxity and foot morphology have all been proposed to underlie this sex disparity [3,4].
In vivo measurements of the elastic mechanical properties of human skin by indentation tests.

Strong intrinsic catalytic activity, large surface area, stability of performance and low cost are the required properties of a good electrode material for HER [1].
Ni-W alloys distinguish themselves due to excellent mechanical, wear and corrosion properties [3].
The alloy properties fundamentally depend on their composition and structure [3-5].
The surface quality subsequently affects specimens properties – in this case corrosion behavior.

If the shear strength of the waterproof and cohesive adhesive is insufficient, it is easy to cause displacement, pavement rutting and upheaval disease which can affect the working life of asphalt surface of the bridge seriously [4-6].
The material properties of PCMA The excellent material of waterproof and cohesive adhesive used in road engineering must meet the dual functions: the water proofing ability of the pavement surface and the bond strength between the layers.
Indoor experiment of road performance of PCMA Because of the Cohesive layer which can improve the bond strength and waterproofness between the PCMA and cement concrete pavement, so the road performance of PCMA rely on the mechanical properties of the composite structure between cement concrete bridge deck and asphalt mixture paving layer.
The shear strength of PCMA under the condition of 40℃ water bath is just 58.1% to the strength at 40℃ in the room. 3.3 Fatigue Property TestThe good fatigue property of the cohesive material is the important factor to ensure the service life of the asphalt overlay. the cohesive layer should have ability to bear the repeated vehicle load transferred from the asphalt layer while the bond condition will be changed under the repeated impact and rolling.
(4)PCMA has been widely used in the highway construction in the pavement maintenance engineering in Meihe Express and Shantou express of Guangdong province owing to the excellent mechanical properties.
