The SEM measurement given in Fig. 1 show the morphologies for ITO films deposited on PET substrates and the structure for all films is amorphous with a grain size of 200–250 nm.
Generally, In2O3 crystal structure is not ideal since oxygen vacancies are present.

It can analyze continuous waveform without
dividing into AE events and provides effective information for evaluation of damage of materials or
structures.
In addition, it is very difficult to set the threshold level optimally before measurement, especially in inexperienced materials or structures.

The concrete performance depends mainly on the environmental conditions, the
microstructure and the chemistry of the concrete [12].
Chlorides enter concrete either as contaminants through constituents' materials or during the service life of structures by transporting from a chloride-bearing environment.
The modeling of the chloride diffusion is of great interest as it is strongly related with the service life of concrete structures.

Introduction
The kinetic precipitation path in multi-component (n ≥ 2 solutes) alloys, both for the precipitates and
the solid solution composition, is usually treated according to the following principles: i) nucleation
of the phase which composition and structure correspond to the maximum driving force, and
incorporation in a stationary nucleation current taken from the classical nucleation theory.
On the basis of a highly unlikely solute interdiffusion in the L12 structure, one can conclude that a Zr rich outer shell has been formed on Sc rich cluster inner cores.
The application to the precipitation of the L12 mixed phase AlScxZr0.25-x has shown to predict several solute coupling effects, like the heterogeneous nucleation of Sc on Zr atoms, the continuous change in chemistry of the precipitates during the whole precipitation process.

Introduction Metal/semiconductor composite nanomaterials, combining two or more metal and/or semiconductor nanometer-scale building blocks, have attracted extensive attention because of their novel structures, unique optical, electrical, and catalytic properties[1, 2].
There are three diffraction peaks of 38.03°, 44.45°, and 64.61° at 2θ values indexed to (111), (200), and (220) the crystalline planes of the face-centered cubic structure of metallic gold (JPCDS 89-3697).

There are the different microstructure morphologies in the microstructure of the alloy without melt superheating, in which the black phase is Mg2Si particle, the white microstructure with near-globular-like is α-Al and the grey phase with plate- and fiber-like is primary Si and eutectic structure, respectively, as shonw in Fig. 1a.
The morphology of Mg2Si particle in the micro- structure modified by SrCO3 become the more roundness as shonw in Fig. 1b, and its size reaches 13.3μm measured by the image analyzing software.

CDs have been successfully applied to improve solubility, chemistry stability and bioavailability of various compounds [7, 8].
Typical structure of SA appeared as rod-like crystals and HP-β-CD appeared as amorphous spherical particles(Fig.3).
SA/HP-β-CD presented irregular plate-like structures, which was completely different from HP-β-CD.

Abstract.
Therefore, our thin (50 nm) films can be considered as the structures characterized by high level of internal stresses while the thick (300 nm) ones - as the structures with high concentration of defects.
