Abstract.
CNT arrays prepared by Park et al. [14] and Tian et al. [15] using RF-PECVD method were applied to electrode materials of sensor and fuel battery, respectively.
In Tian’s recipe, catalyst was prepared by dip-coating method, and kitchen Al foil was used as substrate.
