As compared with the data for submicro-grain composite with d = 350 nm, nano-crystalization increased the strain rate by one order of magnitude or lowered the deforming temperature by about 100 K.
For attaining forming applications, however, a further reduction in deforming temperature is required.
For comparison, the data for submicro-grain composite are also shown by thin lines [4].

The system creates the rational signal timing scheme and optimize the scheme according to different periods through the data collecting module or user’s input.
The system mainly include three parts: the first is the data input platform, which has the function of inputting the basic data needed in the signal timing process; the second part is platform for realizing signal timing, which is mainly based on the improved TRRL model mentioned in section 2;the third is evaluation platform, which can realize effect evaluation for the signal timing scheme.
The design for database code, data structure and data maintaining system are very crucial to the system since the software involves the large scale basic data.
The database in the software mainly includes geometric feature data and traffic flow data.
The traffic flow data mainly involves the flow of motors, non-motors and pedestrians and so on, as shown in Table.1.

Its main function is to collect the information of environment parameters and the data through the wireless communication module convergence to the coordinator gateway.
Fig.3 Sensor node hardware architecture The design of intelligent irrigation decision system The architecture design for data transmission According to data acquisition, transmission, storage, release of information flow and the system network architecture, this paper designs the system software architecture that is shown in figure 4.
From the node's data is stored in a database, the database monitoring Web server, and trigger the corresponding instruction, sending and receiving process control node.
Conclusions Experiment shows the system prototype implemented in this paper has the following functions: (1) it can real-time acquire field information, and data can be stored in the agricultural environmental monitoring center server; (2) the remote user can access server and the coordinator gateway through the Internet Webpage browser, and to control the whole system and data download; (3) it can communicate between the wireless sensor network , the Internet and 3G mobile communication network with high-speed access.

Statistical analysis: multivariate analysis Data (dependent and independent factors) were analysed using a combination of constrained and unconstrained multivariate statistical methods in order to account for both total variation in the data and variation explainable by environmental data.
Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) was used to compare the microbial community data with environmental data.
Tests were performed by using the multivariate data analysis software CANOCO 4.5 (Microcomputer Power, Ithaca, NY, USA) [11].
This was confirmed by the Chao1 estimator (data not shown).
Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) was used to correlate microbial community data with environmental data.

The data shown reveals the potential of high-ĸ dielectric based sensors, to operate in extreme and isolated conditions for extensive amounts of time without the need for maintenance.
The data shows that the most significant change in COX occurs in the first hour of exposure, when it reduces by approximately 8%, from 64pF to 59pF.
The data reveals that during the first hour of exposure, VFB increases significantly, from 1.3V to 3V.
As exposure time increases, the data in Fig. 4 reveals that the density of interface traps (DIT) increase at the energy levels considered.
The data presented in Fig. 2, 3 and 4, demonstrates that the Pt/HfO2/SiO2/SiC structure can function reliably at 400°C for a period of 1000 hours.

A good reproducibility of experimental data was established.
Such a reduction of the distance led to appearance of a considerable temperature gradient over the sample surface in the course of testing.
Violation of coating continuity (and consequently reduction of its protective action) seems to result from break of the above formations and transition to the "boiling" mode.
Another potential advantage of increased viscosity on a par with increased liquidus temperature is some reduction of pressure of saturated vapor of heterogeneous silicate films as compared to pure SiO2 oxide [28, 29] that is formed at oxidation of single silicon-containing compounds (SiC, Si3N4, MoSi2 et al).
The most urgent of them are increasing of viscosity of oxide films formed during coating operation and reduction of saturated vapor pressure at the "coating main layer–oxide film" interface.

The experimental data obtained for Liang et al. [40] demonstrated that with increased temperature the pure LDPE and its nanocomposites showcased an increment in displacement and are due to the movement of LDPE chains as a result of thermal expansion of the polymeric matrix.
The incorporation of SWCNTs led to a reduction in the glass transition temperature and is explained by the interfacial adhesion between the matrix and CNT’s [41].
It was also found that the bending modulus of the fabricated nanocomposite increases with the reduction of the density of CNT agglomerates.
The thermal expansion coefficient on the other hand witnessed a reduction of 15 % with respect to the matrix sample [59].
However, they observed that on increasing the MWCNT content further, the CNT’s tend to agglomerate and leads to reduction in the properties.

The use of hi-performative thin materials for internal retrofitting can assure relevant energetic implementation of the building within very thin depths avoiding the reduction of the internal space.
Meeting the aggressive goals for energy reduction established by nZEB programs will require energy retrofits of existing building stock on a widespread scale.
The U-glass and the PC systems can cover the façade area with floor-height panels, designing the façade in four strips one above the other; actually, the market and the manufacturing processes offer the possibility to design a façade with full-height façade panels, with the consequent reduction of the fixing profiles.
Thus, the problem is not the refinement of the primary data of the environmental impact of 1 kg of material, but affects other aspects of the technology: even if the impact of the PES/PVC cladding layer was 10 times more the present value, it would still be much lower than the impact of the fixing elements.
For the refurbishment, holistic solutions were developed, which constitute an improvement in terms of energy, architecture and utilization, resulting not only in reduction of operating costs, but also in an increased “market value” of the installation [17].

Finally, we analyze the data, and put forward the government subsidy to promote the development of new energy sedans based on the consumer demand.
According to the official data, the oil consumption per hundred kilometers of F3 is 6.5 liters, and F3DM is 2.7 liters.
We can confirm the total life cycle cost for three kinds of sedans based on the above, and specific data is as shown in table 1.
Figure 1 Three cars’ total cost variation trend graph without government subsidy in 5 years Figure 2 Three Cars’ Total Cost Variation Trend Graph with the Government Subsidy in 5 Years Conclusions Based on the data analysis above, in order to promote the development of new energy vehicles as soon as possible in recent years, our country may take the following measures.
Through the above data extrapolation, on one hand, our government should encourage the independent research and development, and strengthen the training of technical personnel; encourage and support the combination of industry, school, and research institution, solving the key technology of new energy sedan jointly.
