Introduction Kiln slag was obtained from water hardening after leaching residue with a large number of coke powder went thought high temperature in volatile kiln reducing and volatilizing zinc, lead, cadmium, indium[1].The traditional treatment process of kiln slag include the combined process of segregation-flotation, hydrochloric acid leaching[2], bacterial leaching, flotation-chloridizing roasting, chloride-sulfate roasting, sintering-blast furnace, submerged smelting and magnetic separation –screening- air classification[3].
It was bad for mineral separation that constitute of the ore was complex. 2.1 Flotation test Flotation having good selectivity is an effective method of recovery of fine grained minerals.
