The results showed all the as-prepared Co/Ce-V-Zr-TiO2 catalysts were made up of nanometer grains.
There was the apparent diffraction peak of CoO in the XRD patterns, whereas the peak value of CoO was lowered because of a large number addition of Co, as a result that there was a serious effect on the formation of CoO active component and a negative factor to the catalytic reaction.
Combined with the XRD patterns of catalyst(Fig.2(a)), a large number of CeVO4 and ZrV2O7 complex solid solution could be found, which leaded to larger particles, unbalanced micropores and less contact areas, resulting in not conducive to catalytic reaction.
Both the supporter Zr-TiO2 catalytic activity and the NOx conversion activity of the catalyst were increased rapidly with the calcination temperature ranged from 250 oC to 450 oC, which showes that a large number of supporters could be found and the NOx conversion rate was improved rapidly with rising temperature.

This gradually downgraded to below 60 % of transmission most probably due to the grain size that becomes bigger.

According to the indoor and insitu tests, the effect of EPS grain deformation, soilcement strength, test method and the stress level on the deformation characteristic is to be studied by analysing microstructure transformation.
