Methodology Image Processing 1) Image filter: In order to reduce the noise of the SAR imagery, Enhanced Frost Filter was used to process SAR imagery with the window of 7 by 7 pixels, which can reduce the noise of the imagery and improve the boundary between land and water. 2) Image geometrically correction: A lot of control points are equally selected respectively from LANDSAT TM, SAR and topographic maps.
The shade and water body from TM imagery were fused with the water body from RADARSAT SAR with aim at extracting flood extent from RADARSAT SAR imagery.

The main source of waste water discharged into the River Hron is industrial sewage water (cooling water) from Mochovce NPP, Units 1&2.
Industrial waste water can be classified as follows: waste water without radionuclides including cooling tower blowdown and water from regeneration of a system for demineralised water production; and waste water with low-active radionuclides, which originates by vapour condensation from radioactive liquid treatment.
For a good professional intervention in the event of hazardous waste release into the environment or health threat, it is necessary to have the basic and accurate information on waste [7,15].

ERDAS IMAGINE is a remote sensing image processing system developed by the United States.The paper using ERDAS to classified the remote sensing of Land-sat TM image data by supervised classification method and unsupervised classification method, Using the Yushu City remote sensing image of Jilin Province as the trial data, and classified the forest, arable land and water from the remote sensing images, compared the test data of the supervised classification and unsupervised classification method, shows that the supervised classification method can be better to solute the questions "with the spectrum of foreign body" and "synonyms spectrum" than unsupervised classification method, and optimize classification images, improved information extraction accuracy.
Remote sensing image analysis is an advanced stage for remote sensing image processing, ,and makes the feature extraction from the remote sensing image information on Earth's surface and its environment, using acquired characteristics to classify and identify the image information to the actual surface features, extract the required surface features information, whether professional, dynamic changes in forecast or production of thematic maps and establishment remote sensing database, the classification is needed.
