The quality of mixing was assessed through intensity and scale of segregation using concentration data obtained through energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses.
It was observed through these two tests that, increase in ball milling time after 6 hours resulted in grain size reduction.
Cui et al. [10] showed that the addition of carbon-nano tubes in concrete increases the hydration rates and stronger bonds build up between the carbon-nano tubes and the cement paste, while Petrunin et al. [11] recorded increase of 70% in the compressive strength of carbon-nano tubes reinforced concrete and reduction of 12% in the heat conductivity.
After 1, 2 and 6 hrs. of milling, the sample still contained the three forms of elemental powders, but with further milling (24 hrs.), peaks were reduced, showing that increasing ball mill time after 6 hrs. led to grain size reduction.

Observation and data reduction A series of observational data of the AR 11283 was provided by the SDO/HMI (Schou et al.2012[17]) and SDO/AIA (Lemen et al. 2012[18]) team.

The TDS data indicate that the moisture uptake of the He:H2 exposed films is quite small (< 2%) and only slightly higher than the control wafer.
The data indicates that the He:H2 strip does not cause appreciable changes of the k-value, which matches the moisture uptake data shown in Figure 1.

For the remaining life assessment of the analyzed material after 60.000 hours and after was made the rehabilitate was used the expert system iRiS-Power [1] with the following modules: - iRiS- Material: data base with physical and mechanical characteristics of the materials including 16Mo5 steel, - iRiS-Creep: for the creep evaluation of the technical resistance for duration, - iRiS-Fatigue: for the resistance evaluation to fatigue at 773 K, - iRiS-TRD for the exhaustion creep evaluation to fatigue and remaining life.
For the low-cycle fatigue assessment in isotherm regime at 773 K from the data base of the iRiS-Material was utilized experimental data on the same kind of steel in different laboratories.
