Introduction
Piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate (PZT) ceramic material has been widely used for transducer
applications, due to its excellent piezoelectric properties, and was a candidate in a number of recent
investigations [1, 2].
There was no change in the grain size.

The intrinsic brittleness of Ti(C,N) can be improved by grain refinement so as to promoting the further development and application of Ti(C,N); nano-TiO2 as a new photo catalyst, anti-UV agents, photoelectric effect agents, shows broad application prospect in the areas of anti-bacterial defense, anti-fouling, anti-aging and car painting,.
After stopping discharging and removing the upper electrode, the upper electrode and lower Electrode surface is coated by a large number of visible gold powder which shows that a chemical reaction occurs(as shown in Fig.4).

The crystal form process of PZT and the changes of crystal grain size under different heat treatment, the
phase of PZT and PLZT thin films were determined by rotating target X-ray diffractometer (D/max-γB,
USA) employing an Cu Kα source with fixed electric voltage of 40kV and electric current of 55mA.

It has been shown that Mössbauer spectroscopy enables quantitative evaluation of the degree of ordering of phases occurring in samples characterised by large graining, in the case of which it is not possible to determine the long-range order parameter by X-ray diffraction.
