Lignocellulosic materials, a abundant and renewable resources in the world, can be utilized for 2nd bioethanol production.
At last future prospects for commercialization of the 2nd bioethanol production by lignocellulosic materials with low capital investment are stated.
Lignocellulosic materials, such as corncob and wheat straw, an abundant and renewable resource, are used for second generation fuel ethanol production, which can reduce greenhouse emission and ensure energy security.
The ethanol concentration produced by lignocellulosic materials using fed-batch is very high with a long time and thereby production rate in the process is lower than 1g/L·h.

Introduction Thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) are advanced materials systems usually applied to metallic surfaces, and have been widely used in gas turbines for power generation and propulsion [1-4], In practice, TBCs can not only improve the service temperature of hot-end components of aircraft engine , but also prevent premature high-temperature oxidation and corrosion of high temperature alloy [5].

There are some methods, which are basically used in the microbial practice for testing antibiotics, and give a good ground for testing other materials.
These factors may motivate many researchers from many parts of material science because of the possibility and need of professional measure methods and instruments.
Advantage: the result is apparent, the procedure can be done easily and quickly, and the cost of tools and materials is minimal.
