The sewage sludge imposed environment pollutions for containing toxic and deleterious materials such as pathogen, parasite, heavy metals, etc, and emitting offensive odor.
The gas and oil separated from the liquid fraction could be used as fuels or chemical feedback, the solid fraction could be used as construction materials , road surfacing, or cheap adsorbents of suitable pollutants.

Introduction
Inorganic particleboard is made from wooden or non-wooden plant particle (as reinforcing materials), cement or gypsum (as adhesive) and right amount additives by means of a certain technological process.
Materials and methods Materials.Bamboo particle: processing waste and residue from bamboo floorboard factory.
Finally, adding NaHCO3 to the mixture, stirring rapidly to make the raw materials mixed evenly.
Leting the prepared materials spread in the mold frame with uniform thickness, which was on a steel plate.Thickness meter was put at both mat side after preloading.

In addition, more and more materials of better properties have been developed and utilized for fabricating such products.
To overcome such drawback, there is an urgent need to improve the machining efficiency and accuracy of brittle non-conducting materials.
Similar to electrical discharge machining (EDM), ECDM is not affected by the strength or hardness of the materials.
