Note that subscripts in Eqs. (1)-(2) indicate that the corresponding physical properties relate to the front and rear of the truck, respectively.
(4) Subscripts indicate that the corresponding properties relate to the front and rear wheelsets, respectively.
There are many ready uniform tables in reference [7].The notation of uniform table is represented by Un(qs), where n denotes the number of runs, s denotes the number of factors, and q denotes the number of levels.
As shown in Table 1, the uniform table U11(116) has 11 rows and 6 columns, which means that 11 experiments have to be carried out and 6 factors can be considered.
Since the critical hunting speed is affected by the suspension parameters, which are the control factors of the vehicle system, the optimization goals for system are to increase its robustness and to advance its critical hunting speed as high as possible by adjusting the values of suspension parameters.

Abstract: Drying shrinkage loads are converted into the equivalent temperture, using the model of composite material mechanical analysised layer stresses and interlaminar stresses of the shear wall under the influence of temperture load stress, combined with wind load and weight ,acquired the thermal insulation layer’s stress effect under the combined effect.
And use it as a tool to studtied the factors affect the stress of the insulation and the interliminar stress, finally acquired the law of stress changeof the shear wall under the temperture effect. And proposed the measures to control the layer crack, according the failure criterion of interface and the material given in this article.
The mechanical model of aerated concrete shear wall under the temperture effect Internal stress component of Aerated concrete shear wall Aerated concrete shear wall is composited of h thickness’s wall of aerated concrete and h1 thickness’s wall of reinforced concrete. take a wall width of b as a calculation unit, the length of the wall L=2l,as shown in FIG.1.
FIG.1 The model of aerated concrete shear wall AS the temperature effect of thermal insulation layer and base layer is different , and their material property and geometry is not the same, the deformation of the layers of the wall will be bound by another layer, cause the stress in two layers of the wall and its interface.
Add mesh cloth of glass fiber in the mortar plastering to improve the capacity of crack resisting of aerated concrete Conclusion 1)use energy method slove out the interlaminar stress of the wall under the effect of temperature field, and solve out the stress in the insulation layer with material mechanics. 2)comparing the all factors of shear wall can include that temperature and shrinkage loads have the greattest influence, the thickness of each layer of shear wall play a main role to the peel stress at the ringe of the interface between base layer and insulation layer.the interlaminar stress at the end of the wall of different lengthes is bacisally the same. 3)according to the result of the experiment ,we prove that the shear wall can used normally by using tensioning screw.

To quantitatively, scientifically analyze the parameters of the aircraft assembly process and the process route, reduce the expensive experiment of large structures’ assembly connection, finite element technology being complementary to the experiment is needed in the analysis of assembly connection process and mechanical behaviors.
LIN Mu-sen[1] studied the mechanical behavior of aluminum alloy 5A06 with three different statements of manufacturing and heat-treatment.
In this paper, the factors of temperature and strain rate were considered which can affect the 7075-T651 aluminum dynamic mechanical properties.
It can be concluded: with the strain rate increases, yield stress of 7075-T651 aluminum alloy is also increasing, which shows that the mechanical behavior of T7075-T651 aluminum alloy displays a marked strain rate strengthening effect.

Humidity and Water Effect on Wear Characteristics of Disc Braking System Muhammad Faiz Fadzli Abdul Mokti1,a, Mohd Kameil Abdul Hamid1,b*, and Abdul Rahim Abu Bakar1,c 1Department of Aeronautics Automotive and Ocean Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering,Universiti Teknologi Malaysia 81310 Johor Malaysia amoque_faiz@gmail.com, b*kameil@fkm.utm.my, carahim@fkm.utm.my Keywords: humidity; water tribofilm; surface topography; wear debris Abstract.
Meanwhile, El Tayeb and Liew [3] on their study on the dry and wet sliding performance of potentially new frictional brake pad materials for automotive industry summarized and suggested that the friction behaviour was influenced by factors other than hydrodynamic film, and the values of friction coefficient were in the range of dry friction, mixed and boundary lubrication friction.
Further, Kim et al [5] on study of humidity effects on friction, pad wear, disc wear, DTV, brake noise and physical properties of pads reported that exposure to high humidity causes measurable changes in pad dimensions and physical properties such as pad thickness increases, pad weight gains, hardness reductions and compressibility reductions.
Increasing pad thickness with increasing humidity may affect brake drag.

The modern mechanical excavation machines have enough power for cutting hard rock.
The key factor which limits the use of WC tipped picks for hard rock cutting is excessive tool wear.
This makes it possible for us to attach TSDC tip to the steel tool body and manufacture cutting tools to take advantage of TSDC's unique properties.
The tool wear affects the cutting force in two contrasting mechanisms.

As a result, these changes and defects affect the resulting physical and mechanical properties of the concrete, such as the bulk density, thermal conductivity and compressive strength [4].
The use of computed tomography (CT) for checking and monitoring aerated concrete properties provides the possibility to identify macroscopic defects and to propose solutions for their elimination.
Another limiting factor is related to the size of a scanned object, where a larger object has poor resolution on CT scan [5].

Secondly, for properties of longer response time, overshoot, and difficulties in establishing precise mathematical model of the pneumatic control system, this paper uses fuzzy PID control method to control the pneumatic output pressure.
Combination of both to control the output pressure not only can make the pressure values achieve pre-test value as quickly as possible, but also can control the pressure in appropriate context and not affect the normal work of instrument.

Introduction When deep-sea manganese nodules were transported from ocean floor to surface mining vessels by means of lifting pipelines, pipeline’s diameters will be changes because of being changed internal and outer fluid pressure around the pipelines, in inverse, changed pipeline diameters affects on transporting fluid velocity.
Mining pipeline’s vibration can cause pipeline’s leak, burst, fatigue damage, etc., which will affect the stability and reliability of pipeline systems, deteriorate working conditions and undermine system security, and even cause serious accidents and property damage [2].
For the pipeline to the lifting nodules, such as a special study of small vertical cantilever pipe vibration, it ignores the factors of the pipeline’s fluid impact, but we consider the frequency of the structure of the pipeline itself, or consider only the tube fluid and the pipe coupling.
Natural frequencies have been obtained under three conditions that stand for three coupling (internal fluid-pipe-outer fluid), two coupling and no coupling between fluid and pipe, then discuss relate difference on natural frequencies of lifting pipeline because various factors of transportation parameters and solid coupling effect result in.
