The Development and Mechanism of Micro-arc Oxidation Process in Magnesium Surface Ze-min Chen 1, Pin Lu 2,a, Jian-zhong Xu 1, Qiu-hong Dong 1 1School of Chemistry and Material Science, Langfang Normal College, Hebei, Langfang, 065000, China 2College of Chemistry and Environmental Science, Hebei University, Hebei, Baoding, 071002, China alupin421@163.com Keywords: Magnesium; Micro-arc oxidation; Mechanism Abstract: In this study, a constant current density was used in magnesium microarc oxidation treatment.
The experimental results showed that the test pieces of magnesium would formed an silver-gray uniform densification oxide film on the surface, the film-formed materials was amorphous by XRD analysis, and on this basis we preliminary discused the film-forming mechanism.

Meanwhile, this constitutive relation also suits for kinematic hardening material and elastic-perfectly plastic material.
In stress space, material is at strain harding stage, when stress increment directs to external loading surface, it would produce an elasto-plastic strain increment.
Building heat-elasto-plastic constitutive relation of materials has already become research topic which academia concerned about.
