Introduction In recent years, with the research on natural disasters such as earthquake resistance, it was not only concerned about the safe of bridge engineering in limit state, but also about the elastic mechanical properties and monotonic loading conditions, plastic deformation and mechanical response, ductility under cyclic loading.
Although scholars at home and abroad has carried out some research in the of steel, they mainly aimed at a few materials in some special industry and some typical loading paths and it is also lack of understanding of constitutive of metallic materials which primarily used in civil engineering (such as 16Mn) and also lack of understanding constitutive of metallic materials under multiaxial non-proportional loading path and complex loading history.

Introduction Fracture saturation in multilayer materials system is an important research topic(1-12) in composite material such as fuction graded material.and structure geology of geosciences and civil engineering. these fractures often are confined by the layer boundaries, and develop roughly perpendicular to the layer boundaries and parallel with each other. furthermore, the spacing of these fractures are approximately the same and lineally related to thickness of the fractured layer.
