A block SVD-based image compression scheme is demonstrated and the usage feasibility of Block SVD-based image compression is proved. 1 Introduction With the further increase of the information society, the increasing amount of information people need, digital images contain an increasingly large amount of data, how to make these large data transfer across the network quickly and easily to become a hot issue of concern, Image compression is one of the key technologies to solve this problem[1].
A further reduction on the singular values is subtracting the mean of the original image before performing the SVD.

The data demonstrate that the incorporation of FSS into magnetic absorbing materials provides an effective solution to thin broadband EMW absorbers.

(3) In the case of the FSS1 positioned on top of the absorber, the absorption band is shifted to a higher frequency range with a significant reduction in the absorption.

The indexing of the XRD pattern of the material was done in comparison with standard JCPDS data available (JCPDS 78-1969) which confirmed the cubic structure of the crystals.
The prominent peak indicated [311] planes, showing good agreement with the standard data, for the Co3O4 films grown by other methods.
In the presence of magnetic field the dielectric constant of the sample shows reduction which is supposed to enhance the figure of merit at higher temperatures.

Introduction The demand of several industries such as automotive, aircraft and aerospace for a reduction of weight makes magnesium a material with high interest [1].
The value of 0ε is necessarily greater than the true strain ε .The nonlinear fit result by selecting appropriate value of β, 0ε and γ shows a good agreement with the experimental data as shown in Fig.2.
The calculated results from Eq.2 demonstrate a good agreement with the experimental data as shown in Fig.4, where the constant V is 10±2MPa/s and 20±3MPa/s for the parallel and vertical sample, respectively.

The data acquisition software coded by Visual Basic was used for storage and display of carding force.
The tested data of carding force processed by wavelet were divided into high frequency part, which was filtered out, and low frequency part, which was kept for calculating the maximum and average carding force from the first to 20th flats, shown in Fig. 2 to Fig. 7.
Flat speed increase is conducive to each flat load reduction.

On account of this, this article analyzes data about coming water of Yichang and Hankou Stations to support characteristics of new flow of Yichang-Wuhan Reach after impoundment of the Three Gorges with Mann-Kendall nonparametric rank test method.

All the particles of FNT had the extraordinary uniform morphology as approximatively spherical grain, and the radius of particles was uniformly distributed as about 10nm, which is consistence with the data from Scherrer's method.
Therefore it was deduced that the existence of Fe 2+ might result from the reduction by the electrons generated by the incident light on the surface of FNT, the transformation can be illustrated as: Fe 3+ + e → Fe 2+.

These LAB convert lactose into lactic acid resulting in a reduction in pH, which provokes changes in the protein casein.
Back extrusion was conducted using an A⁄BE back extrusion cell with 35mm disc, and the tests were run at the following settings: pre-test speed: 1.0 mm s-1 , test speed: 1.0 mm s-1, post-test speed: 10.0 mm s-1, distance: 20 mm, rate for data acquisition: 100 pps.
Unless otherwise stated, all the tests were performed twice and data were averaged.
