To confirm the presence of Ni and NiO grain adhered to crude MWNTs, XRD analysis of the crude MWNTs and the purified MWNTs were conducted.

Annealing up to 300°C, the films become smooth with annealing indicate reduction in the number of defects with annealing [5].
It was found that the average optical transmission in the visible light region improves with annealing treatment, exhibiting 68% for as-deposited ITO thin film and 71% after annealingat 200 and 300 °C.The improvement of optical properties caused by increasing annealing and reduced of defects near the grain boundaries, thus resulting in the improvement of structural homogeneity and the decrease of light reflection [5-6].
