Introduction Vanadium is a rare transition metal, which can refine crystal grain and improve the toughness, hardness and mechanical strength of steel, and 85% to 90% of the vanadium is mixed in steel as the alloy braced for steel-making.
With the substantial growth of Chinese steel production, a large number of slag containing vanadium is let out every year in Panzhihua of Sichuan, Maanshan of Anhui and Chengde of Hebei[2].
When pH of reaction liquid maintained at about 8, according to the law of mass action, number of CO32- ions are present, which is apt to the positive reaction.

This is due to the carbon content of Ni25 alloy is low and chromium-free, so the melting point second phase particles is less during solidification, the effect to prevent grain growth is also weak.
Therefore its cladding microstructure is coarse and dendrite is clear.Melting point of Ni60 alloy is low, the coagulation time is longer, the chromium content is less than Ni21,the number of high melting point compounds is relatively less during solidification,so its cladding microstructure is more thicker than that of Ni21 +20% WC +0.5% CeO2.
Figure 2 is a contrast histogram of high-temperature dry friction and wear ofcladding layer with different composition under the same experimental conditions.As can be seen from the figure, the wear of Ni21 +20% WC +0.5% CeO2 cladding layer is minimal, Its wear resistance is best,and wear resistance of Ni60 +20% WC +0.5% CeO2 cladding layer is worst.This is closely related to the level of cladding layer hardness, uniform and dense of the microstructure, High and low of the melting point.The microstructure of Ni60 +20% WC +0.5% CeO2 cladding layer is dense and small, the number of hard particles of precipitates is more,The hardness of the hard particles is high and fall flat with the temperature drop,so its high-temperature wear resistance is the best. 1.Ni60 +20% WC +0.5% CeO2 2.

The texture coefficient TC(hkl) is calculated for the characteristic diffraction planes from the X-ray diffraction data using the well known formula [18] TC(hkl) = (I(hkl)/Io(hkl))/((1/N)∑(I(hkl)/Io(hkl))) where I(hkl) indicates the X-ray diffraction intensity obtained from the films and N is the number of reflections observed in the XRD pattern.
The value of the texture coefficient indicates the maximum preferred orientation of the films along the diffraction plane, meaning that the increase in preferred orientation is as sociated with increase in the number of grains along that plane.

Organization of the Text One-dimensional consolidation equation due to dissipation of pore air pressure Hypotheses are following: (1) only air can flow through the pore and the infiltration of pore water can be neglected; (2) pore air is perfect gas, and it is isothermal process; (3) both pore water and pore air would not transform to each other; (4) the deformation is small and the soil skeleton is linear elastic; (5) both soil grain and pore water are uncompressible; (6) soil is homogeneous, and the coefficient of compressibility and the coefficient of infiltration of pore air are constant.

It is known that physical sputtering yield factor depends on the atomic number and cohesive energy of the target elements [8], which may lead to preferential removal (preferential sputtering) of some component from compound semiconductor surfaces [9].

Nb5+ ions substitute Sn4+ ions release electrons greatly improve the electrical properties of SnO2 thin films, Nb oxide lighter in color, a feature that can improve the visible light transmittance of the film[8]. 2005 Jun Feng-yan et al[9] use sol - gel technology, indirect gelling SnO2 thin films were prepared by the legal system, to optimize the sample parameters, and the samples were characterized. 2013 Li Ming-chao[10] prepared grain distribution of Sb / SnO2 transparent conductive film, and the surface morphology was studied. 2013 Brion Bob et al[11] prepared a particle size of SnO2 film 2 ~ 4nm, and good optical properties of the film can be used in solar cells and so on. 2014 Duan Xin et al[3] antimony-doped tin oxide powders, prepared under different conditions the powder structure and morphology were analyzed.

Because Nb5+ instead of Sn4+ into the lattice of metal ions occupy the lattice, in order to maintain overall electrical neutrality, we need to enter a greater number of Nb5+, releasing more electrons, bound by the role of these electrons is very small, to move freely in the crystal to improve the conductivity of the film.

The samples were polished successively with waterproof abrasive paper with grain size from 320-4000 mm, with diamond paste of dimensions 3-1 μm and a suspension of SiO2 (particle size 0.04 μm) to achieve a mirror finish.
