Introduction In-situ stress is natural stress existing in the stratum that is not affected by engineering disturbed, also called rock initial stress, absolute stress or original rock stress.
It is the fundamental force of deformation and failure of surrounding rock and supporting structure in mining engineering and underground stope, is the necessary premise condition making sure rockmass mechanics properties of mining engineering, analyzing the stability of surrounding rock, realizing design and scientific decision-making of mine rock excavation[1,2].
Therefore, accurately mastering the size of rock stress in mines, direction and distribution status and change rule, combined with engineering geological survey in mine area, physical and mechanical properties test of rock mass and its stability analysis, has significance for theoretical studies of mine pressure and solving practical engineering problems of rock mass, provides scientific data for mining and design of mines, pressure analysis and stability evaluation of surrounding rock and safe production in mines.
Conclusions (1) According to the characteristics of expanding area in Tao’er coal mine, fully considering the effect factors of in-situ stress measurements, this paper tests in-situ stress using stress release method of hollow inclusions in practice, carries out reasonable arrangement of station points and testingin the light of the actual situation, accuracy of testing results can satisfy the needs of analysis and research

Introduction Box-shaped parts of deep drawing[1] is a typical non-axisymmetric parts, because its forming process is affected by many factors and become very complex, so the study of its forming process is different from the axisymmetric curved pieces, there are mature pieces of axisymmetric shape theoretical analysis and a better failure prediction criteria as a guide.
This paper studied the forming properties of box-shaped corner parts using numerical simulation software Dynaform from the size of die radius, BHF and different materials, etc., and obtained their influence laws.

Among them, the robot developed by Professor Zheng Jun of Beijing University of Technology uses four-claw elastic centering mode to realize the accurate centering of detection device, uses gas pendulum level sensor to correct attitude angle, and uses alternation of ring laser and light source to reduce interference of environmental factors.
At present, main centering means includes supporting wheel contact centering and mechanical centering.
