As each SiC nucleation island spans its central void, the number of available Si atoms emanating from the void dwindles to zero, at which point new voids are created to sustain further buffer layer coverage.
Unfortunately, this also provides extra time at a high temperature for the voids to increase in number and congregate, increasing the distance over which the buffer layer must span, unsupported.
The FESEM images and XRD patterns indicate that the film takes on a similar structure to that of the buffer layer which is multi-grained but highly textured growth.

Indeed, previous studies [9] showed that Al can diffuse into Ti layer along the grain boundaries, resulting into a nano-layered structure and finally reacting to form Al3Ti.

A recent trend in malware production is to generate large numbers of variants at increasingly rapid rates.
While the idea of dynamic malware analysis itself is not new, we leverage this information to obtain a number of novel, important features that better capture the behavior of a malware program.
As can be seen from Table 2, by classifying malware variants, we can study of the evolution trend and variation direction of the malware in coarse-grained way.

The secondary pores distribution formed by the molding process or crystal grain defects, will greatly affect the diffusion and mass transfer of adsorbate, to some extent determines the adsorption performance and service life of 5A zeolite.

Compared to A-2, A-1 has a higher diffusion time constant, because the secondary pores of A-2 are larger and fewer in numbers, less diffusion channels.

The surface roughness of the material and the grain size and processing temperature were affected the wear rate.
Different solid lubricant mixed with other different materials, and embedded in the ceramic tool’s position, the number and the shape of the groove, sizes will produce a huge impact on tool performance, but these data have no professional books for reference, only through the large number of experiments improve gradually, and find some better ways.

Due to increasing number of process parameters, a special design of L9 orthogonal array (OA) is used to reduce the large number of experiment.
Due to heat treatment at 400°C, Ni–P nodules gradually grow in size, which results into coarse grained structure of the composite coating.

Initially, during the laboratory experimental studies, heavy silty loams were used with a plasticity number of 13-16 and a sand particle content of about 0.2%, with residues on sieves 0.05-0.01 and 0.01-0.005 more than 65%.
It should be noted that when performing the laboratory tests, soils were used without improving the grain size composition.
But when using cement for strengthening soils, there are a number of disadvantages, such as a large consumption of binder and, therefore, increased costs, stress occurrence in the pavementstructural layer, often leading to cracking, difficulties with repair, etc.

Main Body While the electrolyzer operates a number of secondary products in the form of gas, dust or solid waste are removed from it [5].
At the same time, mass losses during the process of CO2 formation were detected, as well as the number of crumbled coke grains.

(e) In order to reduce the number of welding lines and in-service inspection, large-scale components are pursued.
(e) To the austenitic stainless steel tube, considering its risk to stress corrosion, intergranular corrosion, residual stress testing and austenite grain size checking need to be done.
China's nuclear power due to a late start, but has not yet established a set of nuclear material system is a unified, complete nuclear power standards and their own, which requires us to speed up the pace, through a large number of experimental studies, compared with the foreign mature nuclear materials, nuclear material eventually formed our own, build my our own nuclear materials and nuclear power standard system.

Introduction It has been found that the boron can improve the grain boundary strength of iron at low temperatures and increase the creep rupture life and ductility of austenitic steels and nickel alloys at high temperatures [1].
Thus there would be a number of borides in the cast stainless steel with boron contents higher than 2 %, leading to a poor thermal deformation ability of the alloy, although Cr and Ni in the alloy are reported to enhance the solubility of boron by enlarging the lattice size.
However, a number of massive structures can also be observed besides the dendritic borides and matrix in Fig. 1(b).
