Abstract: In this paper, some deep cryogenic treatment experiments are first applied to 5A06 aluminum alloy welded joint at liquid nitrogen temperature (-155℃ )for 4h, 8h, 10h respectively. 5A06 alloy welded joints before and after deep cryogenic treatment are observed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electrical microscopy.
Aluminum welded structure has been an important port of civil and military products[1~3]。

Taking thermal parameters such as evaporating temperature, condensing temperature, superheating temperature and sub-cooled temperature as the basic variables and serving COP and heating capacity as evaluating indicators, this paper builds a series of mathematical models according to the rationale of WSHP and the correlation of its components and a simulation platform based on Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW), simulates and analyzes the influence of thermal parameters on the performance of WSHP under variable working condition.

After decades of practice, contact grouting engineering has formed its inherent construction procedures.
Late grouting hole sealing leakage or leakage may cause serious engineering accident, and affect the safe running of the steel pipe [2]~[3].
In engineering, small initial gap is inevitable existence and is also allowed to exist.
In practical engineering, the method of this paper can be used to simulate analysis of penstock empty under different engineering background, to determine the size of the empty boundaries of the contact grouting.
