Introduction Polyurethane(PU) sponge is a kind of low density PU foams(usually lower than 0.25g/cm3), is widely used for shoes and packing materials and so on for its specific strength and good resistance to shock, However, PU sponge is insulating with volume resistivity of about 1012Ω·cm.
However when the materials’ volume resistivity is decreased to 1010Ω • cm, it is easy to achieve antistatic requirements.
Materials EG were provided by Xiamen KNANO Graphene Technology Corporation Limited(China).
PU/EGp composite antistatic sponge can be widely used for packing materials for the electron components and so on in future due to its moderate cost and good mechanical and antistatic property.
