Introduction
Surface strengthening of materials is of high importance in scientific and industrial applications.
In this regard, new approaches to strengthen materials using thermo-frictional [1,2] or chemical-thermal [3-7] effects are currently a topical issue.
The principle operation of beading tool is based on the deformation of materials with the simultaneous formation of so-called metal beads of regular shape - corners.

The pore former was added at ratio of 10 wt% and ethanol (ACS reagent, ≥99.5%, Sigma Aldrich) was used as solvent to mix the materials together.
The practice of adding the electrolyte material to the cathode coating solution has been exercise by several literatures [12-14] in order to produce comparable TEC value between layers.

The concrete is modeled by means of eight-node solid elements, while the steel bars are represented by two-node truss element; a bond-link element exhibiting a relative slip between the two materials couples the concrete elements to the corresponding bar elements.
