Based on the comprehensive summary of latest research achievements of Laser and EDM technologies in home and abroad, the other advanced machining technologies is summarized briefly, such as Ultrasonic Wave, Microwave machining techniques and their composite machining technologies, as well as High-speed (Super High-speed) Grinding, ELID Grinding and Interface Thermal Chemistry Reaction Aided Machining technologies developed on the basis of traditional grinding technology.
These high density energy beams are applied to the local surface of the engineering ceramics during machining to reduce the machining cost of engineering ceramics and improve machining efficiency or surface integrity through changing its organizational structure and deformation property or reducing its hardness and strength.
In addition, high speed (super high speed) grinding, ELID grinding and interface thermal chemistry reaction aided machining of engineering ceramics developed on the basis of traditional grinding machining technology have also acquired a few beneficial effects.
This method only adapts to the cases difficult to realize with tool cutting such as micro-drilling, micro-cutting and micro-structure fabrication, so the people pay more attention to the laser heating assisted machining.

The surface structures, morphologies and electrocatalytic activities of the prepared nano-TiO2 film electrodes were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Cyclic voltammetry (CV).
The band widths of the peaks on Ti/0.5%La nano-TiO2 electrode surface have the broad and passive trend relative to Ti/nano-TiO2 electrode, which indicated that there was lattice distortion in TiO2 crystal structure.

Makogon[22] presented data to support his concept that decomposite hydrates do not totally decompose but leave a partial structure which enables hydrates to form readily with a second increase in temperature; Skovborg[23] formed hydrates in 5 of 27 attempts to define residual structure; he concluded that residual structure could be statistically verified; Lederhos[17] used a rolling ball sapphire tube viscometer to measure the residual structure after gas hydrate dissociation; Schroeter et al.[12] demonstrated the acceleration of the residual structure for gas hydrate formation.
We can confirm that the residual structure is destroyed due to the increased temperature.

Rietveld structure refinements were performed for the HFC-134 (32 molecules per unit cell [m/uc = molecules per unit cell] or 4 molecules per supercage [m/sc = molecules per supercage]) using data collected from 100 to 230 K.
The structure of the unloaded zeolite is fully described in [5].
In this piece of work we will describe only the results of the structure refinements for the experiment with the HFC-134 loaded with 32 molecules per unit cell where a spectacular change in the unit cell volume is observed with temperature.
Data were refined using the Rietveld method for a better understanding of the structure change with temperature.
